Description
Walker Ave. and the Wall Street complex parking lot at 5:39pm. The water has overflowed the Stevens Branch and has begun to fill the parking lot. You can see the back corner of a Lays truck at the end of the row in the center: it would later be captured floating downstream in a viral video.
